We’re looking for an organized, proactive and bilingual (French/English) team member to support and grow our operations in Suisse Romande.
Location: SPC Geneva, 5 Rue Henri-Christiné, 1205 – On Site, Part-Time (~50%)
Reporting directly to the founder, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth communication with our students and partners, and helping us deliver top-quality photography education and experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage SPC Photo Awards exhibitions in Suisse Romande
- Plan photography courses and update schedules across the region
- Handle customer support via phone, email, and chat (in French and English)
- Translate marketing materials and newsletters from English to French
- Oversee day-to-day management of our Geneva Office & Studio (Plainpalais)
- Track studio rentals and manage image database
- Enter instructor invoices into our accounting system
- Image database management for HUG
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a motivated, independent and well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
- Based in Geneva or surrounding areas
- Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
- Swiss citizen or holder of a valid B or C permit
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- A creative mindset with a passion for improving processes and growing the business
- Photography knowledge is a plus, but not required
