We are hiring! Operations Manager for Suisse Romande (Part time)

We’re looking for an organized, proactive and bilingual (French/English) team member to support and grow our operations in Suisse Romande.

Location: SPC Geneva, 5 Rue Henri-Christiné, 1205 – On Site, Part-Time (~50%)

Reporting directly to the founder, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth communication with our students and partners, and helping us deliver top-quality photography education and experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage SPC Photo Awards exhibitions in Suisse Romande
  • Plan photography courses and update schedules across the region
  • Handle customer support via phone, email, and chat (in French and English)
  • Translate marketing materials and newsletters from English to French
  • Oversee day-to-day management of our Geneva Office & Studio (Plainpalais)
  • Track studio rentals and manage image database
  • Enter instructor invoices into our accounting system
  • Image database management for HUG

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a motivated, independent and well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

  • Based in Geneva or surrounding areas
  • Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
  • Swiss citizen or holder of a valid B or C permit
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • A creative mindset with a passion for improving processes and growing the business
  • Photography knowledge is a plus, but not required
