    What is the Artists Corner?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    It’s your exhibition, right at the heart of ours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For people who are ready to experience their own solo exhibition, but who don’t have the time or budget to do it all themselves, the Artists Corner<\/a> is the bridge that makes this dream a reality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You take care of the printing, setup, and takedown of your work. You call all the shots in your space! Showcase your creativity exactly how you want it, and let your photos shine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We’ll take care of the gallery, vernissage, and marketing. You can count on a crowd to see your work, even if you never tell anyone about it. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Massimo Gioviale’s Artists Corner in Zurich<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Massimo<\/a> was the very first photographer to book the Artist’s Corner<\/a> in Switzerland, and his execution blew us away!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    A graphic designer by trade, Massimo<\/a> exhibited a project he did for a winery over a year, capturing the entire process from planting to harvesting and drinking. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Basile Ema Ebede’s Artists Corner in Geneva<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Basile is a talented photographer whose demanding job in international development does not leave him enough time to handle the administrative and logistical complexity of mounting his own solo exhibition. He booked two Artists Corners<\/a> in Geneva and delighted visitors with fantastic photos both times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    At his first exhibition, at Humanit’Art gallery in Geneva, Basile exhibited “Unleashed”: a series of photos of lightning strikes taken from the 66th floor of a building overlooking Panama Bay during the pandemic. You can see them in this Instagram reel<\/a>, taken live at the vernissage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    His second exhibition, at Gallery MABE in Geneva, was called “Neptune’s Laurels” (see above photo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    “The ‘seascapes’ were long exposures taken in the neighbourhood of Dakar, where I used to live and work. They were taken over the course of 4 years, reflecting the devastating effects of the waves on a jetty built by a neighbour.     Philippe P\u00e9dat’s Artists Corner in Geneva<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    A long-time professional photographer, Philippe<\/a> focuses on minimalist black and white landscape photography in square format. His Artists Corner<\/a> at Gallery MABE in Geneva was a perfect reflection of his style, with each image dazzling separately and as part of a whole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Massimo, Basile, and Philippe inspired us with their beautiful photography, unique perspectives, and the diversity of their presentations. Their Artists Corners<\/a>–and those of the other photographers not featured in this post– were a truly enriching addition to our SPC Photo Awards<\/a> events. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
